Open the receipt email from Paddle and use the link in it.
Or write to yevhen.orestov@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or mention it in your email.

Paddle returns the money the way you paid. How long it takes depends on your bank.

After a refund the licence is revoked: the Pro features turn off after the next update check, and Klavuni Free keeps working.

You can try Pro free for 14 days in the app, which makes it easier to decide whether you need it.
