Licensor

Klavuni is made by Yevhen Orestov (sole proprietor, FOP Orestov Ye. O.), “the author”. The author grants the Klavuni Pro licence; Paddle sells it.

Paying through Paddle

Klavuni Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle handles payment, taxes, receipts and refunds.

Your purchase is made under Paddle’s buyer terms. The checkout shows the price in your currency and any tax.

Klavuni Free

The free part of Klavuni has no time limit and needs no licence.

The trial

You can try Pro free for 14 days, without paying. The trial starts the first time you turn on a Pro feature.

When it ends, the Pro features stop and Klavuni Free keeps working. Nothing is deleted.

The Klavuni Pro licence

• One payment, not a subscription.
• For one person, on their own Macs — up to 5 Macs.
• Updates for 24 months from the date of purchase. Every version released within those 24 months keeps Pro for as long as you like.
• Newer versions can be installed too — in them, Klavuni runs as the free version.
• The licence is personal: please don’t share it with other people. It carries your email address and a name: the one you gave, or the first part of your address. Klavuni shows them in Settings.

When a licence is revoked

If the payment is refunded or disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the licence is revoked. Klavuni learns of it with its update check: the Pro features turn off, and Klavuni Free keeps working.

Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The Refunds page says how.

“As is”

Klavuni is provided “as is”. The author takes care that it works well, but does not promise that it will work without errors or interruptions, or with every app.

Klavuni changes text you type and copy. Check anything important before you send it.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, the author is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost data, profit or time. The author’s total liability is no more than what you paid for Klavuni Pro.

Nothing here limits the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Changes

The author may update these terms. A new version appears on this page with a new date, and it does not take away anything you have already bought.
